Hi, my name is Amy and I - I am addicted.

All my girlfriends where all about Twilight in the beginning....I have a friend that even traveled to Forks, Wa , then went to L.A. for the movie premiere and ended up in Entertainment Weekly - she is in a picture with Edward (sigh).

I was dead set on Not watching or reading it...I thought it was silly. Then last week, I watched the movie and within the first 5 minutes, I new I HAD to have the books! A couple days later I got the first 2 books (and read Midnight Sun ~ I really hope that she finishes it). This weekend I got #3 and then this morning I sent my dear hubby to the store to get #4 (better not come home without it). Ok, so - he couldn't 'find' it (or so he says). I am off to go get it when he gets home from work - Spent more on this book than I did all the others....oh well, I HAD to have it! Still reading it tho......
*Finally, going with my girlfriends tonight to see it at the theater.

It's like a drug...my own personal brand of heroin (Edward Cullen to Bella Swan).

So, it has come to The End and I have to say that I enjoyed 4 the most. Thank You Bella, Edward (sigh), Alice, Jasper, Carlisle, Esme, Rose, Emmett, Jacob and all the other Forks folks for the past 2 weeks.
BTW - I enjoyed the movie, much more on the BIG screen than it was on my lil computer screen; just seeing Edward like that makes me swoon.

Something we have never done ~ Tattoos!

Yes, that is how we celebrated our 10 year anniversary by each getting a tattoo! We came up with a design we both liked - Balance (we balance each other) and travel (we love to travel).

Hubby did it first to test the water out and then I did it. He says it Hurt, but not that bad - I say HOLY CRAP that HURT!

Hoss told us the following day 'you can wash that off now'.

The Story of Us

We have never been a traditional couple.

We met in April 1996 via AOL IM - he sent me and IM asking what my name meant: ShushuKoju =defend first attack second (I do martial arts). I honestly thought he was a jerk when we first were talking. There were several times when he would ask for us to meet (we lived only 20 min away from each other in the same town), but I always came up with excuses on why I couldn't meet up with him. There was one time that I actually tried to meet up, but couldn't find his place.

Dec 1997 we finally met! We went to the mall to go Christmas shopping for his girlfriend. That was a fun night. Everyone we ran into thought we were a couple and did not believe us when we said 'We are just friends, we actually just met'.

Feb 1998 we started dating...3 months later he proposed and 11 months later we drove to Gatlinburg, TN to get hitched. Yes, we eloped (I said, we aren't traditional).

Tomorrow Jan 2 is our 10 year anniversary, we do not have anything exciting planned, but we do plan on doing something neither of us has ever done...

Happy 10 Year Anniversary to us! It has been 10 years of Fun, Laughs and Tears (more laughs than tears). Here's to another 10 years and then some.

I love ya Honey!
