After last Monday it occurred to me -
Yes, I can jog a 5k
- but it took me 9weeks of training to do so.
At the moment I am trying to work on speed.
I can't expect myself to work on speed and at the same time finish the 5k.
My body wont do that.
So - I put that on the back burner.
SPEED.
Working on speed.
I went back to the program
do what that day calls for.
I started w4d1 prt2 yesterday.

this time at a faster speed.
