Week 6 Day 3 - DONE!


Wk6 Day3
done. done. donity.
DONE!
Warm up 5min.
started my 25 min jog (yes, day 3 is 25min),
made it just past 10min when m MP3 fell and went flying off the treadmill (eff!)
walked 5min (talking bad to myself, but at the same time
refusing to repeat today) ...
it took A LOT of talking myself thru it ~~~
I DID IT!
I jogged the next 26 (TWENTY-SIX) min going at 3.6-3.8
I DID IT!
